How do I measure myself for a sleeve?
Getting the perfect fit is easy! Head to our How to Order page for step-by-step measuring tips. You’ll need the length (base to tip, erect) and diameter or circumference of your penis.
If your measurements vary (e.g., 1.4” at the head, 1.6” mid-shaft, 1.4” at the base), just take the average for the interior diameter.
How long does it take to get my order?
Since every sleeve is custom-cast just for you, we don’t keep stock on hand. Most orders are crafted within 5-7 business days, with a total processing time of 5-10 business days.
Once your sleeve passes our quality check, it ships out, and you’ll get a tracking number. Shipping times vary by carrier and location, but we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We craft orders in the sequence they’re received to keep things fair, so rush options aren’t available.
You can choose express or expedited shipping at checkout to speed up delivery once your sleeve is ready.
Can I make changes to my order?
You bet! You have 24 hours after placing your order to tweak things like size or firmness. After that, we start casting, and changes aren’t possible.

Is your packaging discreet?
Totally! We ship in plain white cardboard boxes (USPS) or opaque white padded bags inside a FedEx box (FedEx), labeled “KunleyCo., LLC” with no logos.
For international orders, we use “Silicone Adult Novelty” on customs forms to comply with regulations.
What lube should I use?
Stick to 100% water-based lube for the best experience.
Silicone-based or hybrid lubes can damage softer silicones, so we recommend avoiding them to keep your sleeve in top shape.
