However, Sil-poxy, soft gap plugs and rods if purchased separately from sleeves are sent in a plain padded envelope. We do all that is possible to ensure that the contents of your package arrive promptly and discreetly.
Once a package is shipped to the carrier of your choice, we are unable to do anything while the package is in transit. Once in transit you will receive tracking information. We highly suggest signing up with UPS My Access or similar services to help you track your package. Services like this can also help redirect a package should the need arrive.
Shipping times are estimates from carriers and should be regarded as such.
All deliveries will be sent to the address given to us by you when you place your order. We aim to deliver all orders to the carrier of your choice within 3 to 5 days once manufactured. Our average delivery time is under 5 days for US with International times subject to distance and carrier service chosen.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided and the parcel is returned we will reach out to you for an alternative mailing address, however additional shipping charges will apply.
Please inspect goods upon arrival. All claims for shortages and damages should be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
We are able to ship to countries that prohibit adult novelties, but if the items are confiscated by customs all risks shall be assumed by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their laws and import rules.
Orders are dispatched from our premises on Wednesdays and Fridays, and we manufacture 5 days a week (Monday through Friday). This means, depending on demand, orders may take from between 7 and 14 business days to manufacturer and dispatch.

Shipping FAQ
How long will it take to get my order?
All of our items are custom cast to fit you. We do not have standing stock. Our processing time averages 5-10 business days. Depending on the demand, most sleeves are cast within 5-7 days. Your order will ship once it is finished and passes inspection.
Can I pay more to get my order faster?
We produce the orders in the order that we receive them. We do not skip orders in front of other orders. You can purchase express or expedited shipping, but that does not speed up the manufacturing process.
Can I make changes to my order?
We hold all orders for 24 hours after they have been purchased before moving them into casting. This is to allow time for any adjustments that may be needed that might have been overlooked at the time of purchase.
How is my order packaged? Is it discrete?

We do all that is possible to ensure that the contents of your package arrive promptly and discreetly.
Will I get notification about when my order ships?
We will email you a confirmation once the shipping label is printed, which may be before the order actually ships and that will include tracking information as well. We do this to help expedite the shipping process.
How often do you ship from your location?

Can I change my address once my order is in transit?

Can you send my package to a UPS store?
This is possible. We can send it to a UPS Store if you provide the address. You will also need to provide your full name and phone number so the attendant at the UPS Store can call you once your package has arrived.
International Shipping FAQ
Do I need to provide my phone number?
Yes. The carrier requires your phone number to be able to get ahold of you in case any issues arise or if VAT needs to be paid.
Do you collect fees for customs and/or taxes?
No, we do not collect any customs or taxes. It is up to you to pay the customs and taxes.
Can you ship to countries that prohibit adult novelties?
We are able to ship to countries that prohibit adult novelties, however, if the items are confiscated by customs all risks/losses shall be assumed by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their laws and import rules.
Can you reduce the value of the package to reduce customs and taxes?
