Tapered Sleeves

The purpose behind a tapered sleeve is to help reduce the amount of girth at the back end of the sleeve. It is common for penises to widen towards the base of the penis. When wearing a straight shafted sleeve, the result could be more girth than your partner will enjoy.

In a tapered sleeve the widest part of the sleeve is at the base of the head, from there the sleeve tapers all the way to the back of the sleeve, this taper negates the natural flare of a penis shaft that widens. The result is a sleeve that comes straight back instead of flaring out in a cone shape, where the sleeve meets the body.
