Girthy Boy Sleeves

The Girthy Boy Series is intended for those looking to add as little as 1/2″ in length and plenty of girth. A normal single density sleeve requires 1″ of extension and a dual density sleeve requires 1.5″ of extension. The Girthy Boy sleeves are perfect for reaching your stretching goals in comfort.

Girthy Boy “D” is 7″ long and 2.6″ in diameter with a girth of 8.2″.

  1. Girthy Boy Sleeves are made in our Soft Silicone. We recommend keeping then this way. A good rule to remember when it comes to silicone firmness is the more mass the silicone has the firmer it feels. Moving into medium silicone will make these sleeves difficult to get into and not very comfortable.
  2. Bending should not be an issue in these girths.
  3. We do recommend the satin/matte finish for these sleeves since they are done in soft silicone. This helps to remove the tacky feel of softer silicones. With or without the finish the sleeve will become very slick when lubed with a water-based silicone.
  4. Sleeves can be cast shorter, make sure that if you shorten the sleeve the exterior length of the sleeve is at least 1/2″ longer than the interior length you have selected.

Girth Calculator

  1. Take the circumference of the sleeve and divide that by 3.14. This will convert the circumference to the diameter of the sleeve for the rest of the equation (For example lets use the Barney sleeve which has a circumference of 5.6", divide that by 3.14 which will give you a diameter of roughly 1.8")
  2. Take that 1.8 and subtract the interior opening you will have cast into the sleeve. (For the example use 1.125" diameter interior opening, 1.8 - 1.125 = .675". .675" is the thickness of the silicone in the shaft area of the sleeve).
  3. Take the difference from step 2 which is .675 and add the diameter of your penis (for example say 1.7" diameter penis plus .675 = 2.375" in diameter once the sleeve is on. This number can be safely reduced by 10% to reflect variables that will inhibit that much expansion. 2.375 x .1 = 2.14" girth expected once the sleeve is on.

The only valid international options are UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver. Occasional glitches with the website may offer other invalid options, do not use these. We are not yet offering DHL, but may in the future. UPS has the best track record for delivery among three services we've tried. If there is an issue with shipping, you should contact the carrier before you contact us, as once it's with the carrier, there's very little we can do. We do not make any money off of shipping. If you have taxes or duties due for international orders, we cannot do anything to prevent your need to pay them.

    “Girthy boy D is a very girthy sleeve. I like that it is made in the soft silicone. I could actually roll it on, even with this large diameter. But the slide in method is recommended. The profile is nice, quite similar to the step-it-up-sleeves, but of course much thicker.

    Haven't tried it with my wife yet. Not sure she can take it, but we will give it a go.”
