The Mailman 7 Penis Sleeve will not fail to deliver. Introduced in 2019, the original Mailman has been one of our best sellers . We thought it was time to offer the Mailman’s great profile to those who may be looking for a little less girth than the original Mailman delivers.

The Mailman 7 measures in at 7″ in insertable length by 1.8″ x 1.85″.

This sleeve can accommodate up to a 6″ x 1.7″ penis, in single density. A 5.5″ x 1.7″ penis in dual density non-durian and a 5″ x 1.7″ penis in a durian dual density.

Girth Calculator

  1. Take the circumference of the sleeve and divide that by 3.14. This will convert the circumference to the diameter of the sleeve for the rest of the equation (For example lets use the Barney sleeve which has a circumference of 5.6", divide that by 3.14 which will give you a diameter of roughly 1.8")
  2. Take that 1.8 and subtract the interior opening you will have cast into the sleeve. (For the example use 1.125" diameter interior opening, 1.8 - 1.125 = .675". .675" is the thickness of the silicone in the shaft area of the sleeve).
  3. Take the difference from step 2 which is .675 and add the diameter of your penis (for example say 1.7" diameter penis plus .675 = 2.375" in diameter once the sleeve is on. This number can be safely reduced by 10% to reflect variables that will inhibit that much expansion. 2.375 x .1 = 2.14" girth expected once the sleeve is on.

Blissfull Creations currently offers DHL, UPS and USPS for international shipping options. Once a package has been handed off to the courier you selected we are unable to intercede with that courier on your behalf. We recommend contacting the courier directly for their assistance in correcting any issues they may be experiencing. We do not collect customs, duties, taxes or tariffs on international orders. If these are required by the receiving country, it is up to you to pay those fees. The courier should contact you for collection of any fees associated with your delivery. You will not pay any US tariffs, you are only required to pay tariffs if the receiving country has placed tariffs on US manufactured goods.     Very high quality, went with dual density, soft head medium shaft. This is my first sleeve purchase. One thing I didn’t account for is how much girth increases when worn especially at the base. Definitely cones out. My natural shape is straight and consistent and was looking to mimic me as much as possible. I may try the phantom line next to see if I can get closer to a straight even shaft and minimize the cone shape as much as possible.

    Wow — this works.

    I had some self-conscious issues with size and brought that up to my partner. We discovered Blissful Creations and I asked her to choose one.

    We ended up agreeing that this was a great place to start, and the process and shipping and everything worked great. Then it arrived — I was like a kid at Xmas.

    That weekend I warmed it up in a heating pad (thanks for the tip Blissful) and rolled it on, and started slow.

    2 Things: My wife seemed to enjoy it a lot more than “I’ll do this for you”, and I ended up having to slow myself down in order to avoid finishing!

    Like all toys in the bedroom, this adds a lot of fun, but unlike any other toy we’ve had.. it feels like it’s actually part of me so there’s a much greater connection when we use it.
