The Timmy 9 Penis Sleeve (Medium girth sleeve) measures in at 9" of insertable length with a girth 5.3" (13.46cm) at the base of the sleeve, 6" (15.24cm) girth at mid-sleeve, and 6.3" (16cm) of girth just below the head of the sleeve, which is the sleeve's widest point.
A Timmy sleeve has a straight taper, which means the largest diameter is just below the head. From there the sleeve tapers straight is down to the narrowest part of the sleeve which is at the opening.
The taper of the sleeve helps compensate for the natural widening of a penis as it widens at the base. This helps control the amount of girth at the base once the sleeve is on and as a result reduces bump-out while wearing.
Shortening The Timmy 9 is an option with the addition of the "Shorten my Sleeve" add-on. Keep in mind if you shorten a sleeve it must still have a minimum 1" solid tip for a regular density sleeve, 1.5" for a non-durian dual density sleeve and 2" for a durian dual density sleeve.

At this time (December 2022) the only valid international options are UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver. Occasional glitches with the website may offer other invalid options, do not use these. We are not yet offering DHL, but may in the future. UPS has the best track record for delivery among three services we've tried. If there is an issue with shipping, you should contact the carrier before you contact us, as once it's with the carrier, there's very little we can do. We do not make any money off of shipping. If you have taxes or duties due for international orders, we cannot do anything to prevent your need to pay them.

You will need to measure your penis in an erect state (length only). All sleeves stretch and come with 1" diameter opening. Choose the size interior that is the closest match. When measuring, make sure you add a 1/4", if you have pubic fat. When determining the width of the interior or inside of the sleeve, we recommend keeping the following in mind. If your toy or penis is between 1.25" and 1.5" in diameter go with the 1" width. If your toy or penis is over 1.5" in width you might want to step up to the 1.125" diameter for a more comfortable fit. This sleeve allows for a 1.25" diameter core as well. I only recommend this for men approaching or passing a 2" diameter penis. Do not order it too wide or it will slip around.
